Manwalk India offers quality products for men through Our Site (“www..com" and/or "www.manwalk.co.in.”). By using www.manwalk.co.in (“Site/s”), You (“You” or “End User” or “User” or “Your” or “Buyer” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Your use of the Site implies Your knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms. These Terms govern the relationship between You and Us and become effective upon Your use of the Site. In case of any conflict with other documents, these Terms prevail for Site usage. If You do not agree to these Terms, refrain from using the Site.

We bear no responsibility for services or products sold by third-party vendors. No warranties are provided by Us for quality, safety, usability, or other aspects of third-party products or services. For services involving potential bodily harm, We disclaim responsibility for the service’s quality, and Users assume liability for their actions.

Description of Services The Site provides access to clothing, footwear, accessories, and merchandise for purchase at listed prices.
General These Terms govern Site use. By using the Site, You agree to comply with these terms. Site access is non-transferable. Protect Your password(s). The internet’s nature may lead to occasional interruptions, beyond Our control. While We aim for 24/7 accessibility, maintenance may lead to temporary unavailability.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Site aspect, content, availability hours, or access requirements. Information distribution may cease or alter transmission methods or speeds.
Placing Orders
The process for forming a legally binding contract between you and us is outlined below.
You must register on the site with accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account information.
To place an order, add selected items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout. Items in your bag are not reserved and may be purchased by others. Review your order carefully before submitting.
When you complete the online checkout process by clicking "Pay," we will acknowledge your order via email. However, this acknowledgment does not confirm acceptance of your order.
We may contact you to inform that we cannot accept your order due to reasons such as item unavailability, payment authorisation issues, or ordering restrictions.
We accept your order and confirm acceptance by emailing a Confirmation Email, at which point: (a) a legally binding contract is established between you and us; (b) we will dispatch the goods to you or provide an estimated dispatch date.
Delivery and Cancellation:
Cancellations by the User
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed; the contract is finalised upon order receipt. We deliver using the method chosen during checkout. The estimated delivery date is specified in the status update Email and is not guaranteed. Delivery requires a signed confirmation at the delivery address. The signature confirms delivery to you at that address. If delivery is unsuccessful, contact us promptly to arrange an alternative. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we will: Notify you; Cancel your order; Provide a refund. You assume responsibility for goods upon delivery. We may deliver in instalments.
Cancellation by You
We reserve right to cancel orders due to limitations, inaccuracies, or unavailability. We may request additional information pre-order acceptance. Cancelled orders are refunded. No cash refunds for COD orders.
Cancellation requests may be accepted within 24 hours, subject to processing status. Processed orders or those beyond 24 hours are non-refundable. We decide order processing status. Post 24 hours, cancellation requests are void
Payment Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron.
We use secure payment mechanisms to protect your information; we are not liable for third-party breaches unless negligent. Your card is charged when the order is placed. Prices are displayed in the checkout currency; you are responsible for any associated fees. Incorrectly priced items may be adjusted or cancelled; you will be notified accordingly. Delivery charges apply and are detailed separately.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or offer refunds only for faulty goods, notified within 7 days of delivery. Faulty goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded upon return. Contact us at customer care to initiate a return; you are responsible for return costs. Repaired or replaced goods are delivered free to your specified address; refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Alterations are considered customisation. Terms apply to custom changes and charges. We may withdraw customisation without notice
Termination
Termination of this contract does not waive owed payments.
Limitation of Liability
Except for unavoidable legal responsibilities (e.g., for personal injury), we are not liable for: Unforeseeable losses or non-breach-related damages. Business losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for goods and delivery.
Fraudulent/Declined Transactions
We monitor for fraudulent activity. Legal action may be taken against violators. We bear no liability for transaction declines due to pre-set limits.
Credit Card Details
Provide accurate credit card details. You agree not to use unlawfully owned cards. Fraud liability rests with You. We may share details for fraud verification or as required by law.
Product Information
We aim for accurate weights, sizes, and measurements on the site, but slight variations may occur. Colours on the site may differ from the actual product due to monitor settings. Hand-finished products may have minor irregularities; such characteristics are not defects. Packaging may differ from site images.
Customisation
Custom-made and altered products are produced to your specifications. Changes post-confirmation may incur fees.
Colours of Products
While We strive for accurate product colour representation, monitor/display variations may occur.
Our products are photographed in a studio environment with professional lighting set-up. This may cause them to appear different when placed in different settings. The range and intensity of colour will be affected by the type and amount of light falling on the product. Your screen rendition may also affect the perceived colour of the product. In addition to the above factors there is chance of slight colour variation in case of handcrafted and hand painted products due to the nature of the process. Reasonable variations in colour and look do not permit cancellations or returns.

Content
includes graphics, photos, sounds, and text. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free or virus-free content. Use of our site does not grant intellectual property rights.
Membership Eligibility
Site use is restricted to those capable of legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may not register or purchase items. Minors desiring purchases must do so via registered legal guardians or parents. We may terminate membership or Site access upon discovering a User’s underage status.

User Equipment
Users must acquire and maintain necessary telephone, computer hardware, and other access equipment. We are not liable for equipment damage from Site use.
Electronic Communications
Using the Site constitutes electronic communication consent. Receive communications via email/SMS/call/WhatsApp or Site postings.
Reviews, Comments, and Feedback
We encourage feedback within Terms limits. We may delete or block comments violating Terms or law and suspend or deny access.

Limited license granted for personal Site use. Prohibited actions include downloading/copying account information, unauthorised linking, framing content, or uploading harmful software. Unauthorised use terminates license.

Prices include taxes. Shipping taxes apply based on destination. We reserve tax collection rights.
Delivery
We strive to deliver products to users within the specified timeline upon accepting an order, although we do not guarantee it. Our delivery times depend on receiving products from various suppliers, such as manufacturers, designers, distributors, and importers.
